Physician Associate to conduct in-home medical visits
Description:
Are you tired of the office or hospital setting? Not being able to take the time needed with a complex patient? Would you like to make a difference in the lives of the frail and home-bound? Deliver compassionate primary care to older adults in Montgomery and/or Prince Georges County. Be a part of the solution and a part of an exciting growing practice making a difference in the lives of our home-bound older adults!
Part-time, 1099 position. Make your own schedule with flexible hours, have your own patient panel to manage monthly, very safe home and assisted living visits with a very established patient population. Pay based on your own productivity.

Qualifications:

Must hold current Maryland License, DEA, NPI.

Medicare credentialed preferred.

Experience treating geriatric patients with cognitive impairments.
You will treat the whole patient. As a Direct Primary Care Practitioner, you’ll work closely with other healthcare professionals. Required are a team spirit, energy and a positive attitude. Patience and compassion a must. Excellent comprehensive E/M documentation skills are essential. Timely and organized charting, diagnostic/problem-solving expertise and outstanding communication skills are all vital.

Part-Time Medical Biller and Bookkeeper
Description:
Small but growing Internal Medicine-House Calls practice seeks candidates with demonstrated medical practice billing and bookkeeping experience. Medicine at Home serves frail and homebound older adults in Montgomery and Prince Georges Counties. Work from a clean, safe and cheerful home office environment with great potential to work remotely. Work with EMRs Athena and Practice Fusion. This position is part-time, perfect for someone invested in growing with the practice. The position also has immediate potential for job sharing with other house calls practices and potential for increased hours as the practice expands.

Starting pay rate is negotiable/start as 1099 contractor.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have demonstrable experience with medical billing and bookkeeping, along with reliability and a passion for organization

The Medicine at Home Pre-PA Internship is a unique opportunity to learn internal and geriatric medicine while assisting as a CNA/MA. This internship is designed to prepare candidates and college students for the rigors of PA school.
